We put together sketch plans, renderings and visuals to help the client envision their potential space. Colour palettes and finishes to furniture and interior features all form part of this stage before we move to design execution.

This is a key service where we provide an additional level of security for our clients ensuring that the interior design elements and selections we put together are installed and implemented correctly.

We provide a project timeline and we work closely with all contractors to make sure everyone understands the design intent and provide advisement on site as needed.

Our experienced plan runners facilitates all formal documentation of all design documentation, plans and submissions to council. They have good relationships with the personnel within various municipalities and regular visits to these municipalities are done. They fully understand the specific procedures and council requirements of each municipality.

This makes for each plan to pass through much faster, as it does not contain any irrelevant information. We assist in all regulatory aspects including plan approvals, health certificates, construction certificates, occupation certificates and liquor licenses to ensure the quickest turnaround time.

At Dandy Lion, sourcing is our strength. Once the concept is complete and moodboard is approved, we then get quotations from competitive suppliers and negotiate the best pricing the industry has to offer.

We source quality, from furniture, floor finishes to soft décor items. We ensure that all items are best suited to the look and feel of the space to enhance it to desired outcome.

Installation Days are full of moving parts, complex details and tight deadlines. We have a flexibile, fierce & dilligent team that work hard to execute a seamless installatioin in its simplicity.
