Zulu Zenith Activewear Store Design
Dandy Lion Interior Experiences was appointed to design Zulu Zenith, a bold new activewear retail concept rooted in African identity and athletic performance. The brief called for a space that would energise shoppers the moment they walked through the door, blending the spirit of African street culture with premium sportswear retail.
Our design team developed a concept centred on raw, industrial materials softened by vibrant colour accents inspired by traditional Zulu beadwork and contemporary urban art. Exposed concrete floors, blackened steel fixtures and mesh display walls create an edgy, gym-like atmosphere, while strategic lighting highlights hero products and draws customers through the store journey.
The store layout follows a carefully planned circulation route that guides shoppers from statement window displays through curated collections to an immersive fitting area. Large-format lifestyle graphics and integrated digital screens reinforce the brand narrative at every touchpoint.
