Our transformation of AKQA’s Rosebank offices was built on this philosophy. We stripped the brief back to its essence: create a dynamic workspace that honours the agency’s creative culture while delivering the functional rigour their teams need to perform at the highest level. The result is a bold, energetic interior that balances open collaboration zones with focused workspaces — designed not for show, but for how people actually work.
